By accessing or using ScanForge ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
ScanForge provides QR code generation, management, and analytics services. Features vary by subscription plan. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
You agree not to use the Service to distribute malware, engage in phishing, violate any laws, or generate QR codes that redirect to harmful content. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms without notice.
Prohibited uses include but are not limited to: bot-generated scan traffic, fake traffic inflation, spam QR campaigns, phishing or malware redirects, reselling account access to third parties, API scraping at infrastructure scale, and extreme storage or bandwidth abuse.
Plans described as "unlimited" are provided under a fair use model intended for legitimate commercial use. ScanForge does not impose hard caps on QR codes or scans for normal business usage. However, ScanForge reserves the right to throttle, suspend, or require an upgraded Enterprise plan for any account whose usage:
Business plan accounts have higher fair-use thresholds than Pro. Enterprise accounts have custom limits agreed upon in writing. ScanForge will make reasonable efforts to notify accounts before taking action, except where immediate suspension is necessary to protect platform integrity.
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
ScanForge retains all rights to the Service. You retain ownership of the content and data you create using the Service. You grant ScanForge a limited license to process your data to provide the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
ScanForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
