- Yes. Paste the share URL into any Notion page and choose “Create embed” — Notion will render the live dashboard inline. Same approach works for Coda, WordPress, Webflow, Google Sites, and any tool that supports iframe embeds.
- Do viewers need a ScanForge account to see an embedded dashboard?
- No. Share tokens are signed URLs — anyone with the link can view the dashboard. You can revoke a link at any time from the share settings, and access is scoped to the specific campaign or QR code you granted.
- Can I remove ScanForge branding from shared reports?
- Yes, on the Business plan. White-label shared dashboards and PDF reports show your workspace name and logo instead of ScanForge branding — clients see your agency's deliverable, not ours.
- Is the embed secure if I post the link publicly?
- The share link is a signed token that can be revoked anytime. It grants read-only access to the specific dashboard you chose — never to your account, other QR codes, or edit permissions. If you accidentally post a link where you shouldn't, revoke it in one click.
