What's included
Invite teammates
Add teammates by email. They accept an invite, set a password, and land directly in your workspace. Pro includes 10 seats; Business includes 20. Additional seats available.
Role-based access
Owner, admin, editor, and viewer roles. Editors create and edit codes; viewers read analytics; admins manage seats and settings; owners manage billing. No accidental deletes, no accidental spend.
Workspace separation
Agencies run a workspace per client; multi-location brands run one per region. Codes, analytics, templates, and team access are fully isolated — no cross-contamination.
Shared templates
Business plans let you save branded templates at the workspace level. New teammates inherit the client's brand kit automatically — no copy-paste hex codes, no off-brand codes.
Audit log
Every code created, destination changed, team member added, and permission updated is logged with actor, timestamp, and diff. Compliance-ready and forensics-ready.
Built for agencies and brands
From three-person marketing teams to agencies managing dozens of client accounts, workspaces are the operational unit that keeps everything clean at scale.
Common questions
- How many teammates can I invite?
- Pro includes up to 10 teammates — a solo operator with helpers or a small marketing team. Business includes up to 20, plus workspace-level controls for multi-client operations. Need more? Enterprise scales higher with custom seat pricing.
- Can I keep client work separate?
- Yes. Create a workspace per client. QR codes, analytics, templates, webhooks, and team access are all scoped to the workspace — a teammate with access to Client A has no visibility into Client B's data.
- What roles are available?
- Owner (billing + everything), admin (seats + settings + everything), editor (create/edit codes + view analytics), and viewer (read-only analytics). Roles are workspace-scoped, so a person can be an editor in one workspace and a viewer in another.
- Is there an audit log?
- Yes. Every meaningful change — code created, destination edited, team member added, permission changed, billing updated — is logged with the actor, timestamp, and before/after diff. Exportable on Business plans for compliance.
- Can I share analytics dashboards with a client who doesn't have a login?
- Yes. Generate a signed share link from any dashboard and send it to the client. They see live data, no ScanForge login required, and you can revoke the link any time. On Business plans, shared dashboards can be white-labeled to your agency brand.
