- Does the AI make up numbers?
- No. The AI only reports metrics that exist in your scan history. It's constrained to cite real counts, geos, devices, and timestamps from your data. If a trend can't be verified against your actual scans, the AI says the data is insufficient rather than guessing.
- What's in a weekly briefing?
- A 3–5 paragraph written update covering: total scans this week vs last, which campaigns moved the most, notable geo or device shifts, any anomalies flagged, and a short recommendation for the next week. Delivered every Monday to the email on your account.
- Is AI on every plan?
- Yes. AI weekly briefings, anomaly explanations, one-click reports, and metadata suggestions are included on Pro and Business plans and are available during the 7-day free trial.
- Can I share an AI-generated report with a client who doesn't have a ScanForge login?
- Yes. Every report can be exported as PDF or published at a public share URL. The share link is a signed token — you can revoke it anytime from the report page.
- Does ScanForge's AI see my raw URLs?
- The AI reads aggregated scan metrics (counts, geo, device, time) and QR metadata (campaign name, title, destination category) — not personally identifiable information about individual visitors. Destination URLs are visible to the model only when you explicitly ask for metadata suggestions.
